Chocolate Coated Rose Petals

Ingredients:
20 or 30 fresh rose petals Ð washed, toss slightly
to remove excess water and leave in the refrigerator
to ensure freshness.
100 gms chocolate Ð to be melted

Method:

Melt the chocolate and coat half of each rose petal and place it on the cake immediately. Leave the cake in the fridge and eat it on the day itself.
