Chocolate Lovers Rich Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Dipped Rose Petals

Ingredients:
200 gms Butter
220 gms Sugar
160 gms Self raising flour
4 Eggs
1 cup Cream
1 block cooking chocolate Ð to be melted
1 tsp Vanilla Essence

Method:

  1. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy
  2. Add in eggs one at a time. Add in vanilla essence.
  3. Add in salt and beat for a few more minutes. Add in melted chocolate
  4. Add in the sieved flour alternately with the cream. Fold in gently.
