Ingredients:
200 gms Butter
220 gms Sugar
160 gms Self raising flour
4 Eggs
1 cup Cream
1 block cooking chocolate Ð to be melted
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
Method:
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy
- Add in eggs one at a time. Add in vanilla essence.
- Add in salt and beat for a few more minutes. Add in melted chocolate
- Add in the sieved flour alternately with the cream. Fold in gently.
