
Chocolate Mousse

250 gms cream cheese
100 gms white chocolate Ð to be melted
300 gms Chocolate Ð to be melted
100 gms castor sugar 1 egg

Method:
- Whisk the cream cheese, sugar and egg till it peaks. Ensure there are no lumps at all at this stage.
- Take out a tiny portion and mix in the white chocolate.
- Mix the chocolate in the bowl and whisk thoroughly. The mixture should be a slight pouring consistency.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into a your chosen glass, then spoon the white chocolate mixture onto it. Use a skewer to give it a swirl.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
