Chocolate Topping (Ganache)

Ingredients:
200 mls fresh cream
220 gms good cooking chocolate

Method:

  1. Cut chocolate into uniform bits
  2. Heat cream on low flame. Do not let it boil
  3. Place the chocolate pieces and let it melt. Stir it at all times
  4. Once the chocolate melts, remove from heat and pour it over the cake.
  5. Ensure the cake is fully coated, and remove any drippings that is off the cake.
