
Chocolate Topping (Ganache)

Ingredients:
200 mls fresh cream
220 gms good cooking chocolate
Method:
- Cut chocolate into uniform bits
- Heat cream on low flame. Do not let it boil
- Place the chocolate pieces and let it melt. Stir it at all times
- Once the chocolate melts, remove from heat and pour it over the cake.
- Ensure the cake is fully coated, and remove any drippings that is off the cake.
