
Deep Fried Crispy Prawns with Mayonnaise

Ingredients:
200g Prawn
1kg Oil
20g Chicken Powder
200g Hong Kong Flour
2 nos Eggs
300g Mayonnaise
30g Sugar
100ml Milk
Method:
- Deshell the prawns.
- Beat the eggs.
- Marinate the prawns with chicken powder, eggs and Hong Kong flour.
- Deepfry the prawns.
- Then prepare the mayonnaise sauce; by mixing the mayonnaise with sugar, milk and lemon juice.
- Toss the prawns together with the mayonnaise sauce before serving.
