Deep Fried Crispy Prawns with Mayonnaise

Ingredients:
200g Prawn
1kg Oil
20g Chicken Powder
200g Hong Kong Flour
2 nos Eggs
300g Mayonnaise
30g Sugar
100ml Milk

Method:

  1. Deshell the prawns.
  2. Beat the eggs.
  3. Marinate the prawns with chicken powder, eggs and Hong Kong flour.
  4. Deepfry the prawns.
  5. Then prepare the mayonnaise sauce; by mixing the mayonnaise with sugar, milk and lemon juice.
  6. Toss the prawns together with the mayonnaise sauce before serving.
