
White Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies
(makes a batch of around 15 to 20 depending on size)
Ingredients:
2 cups plain flour
_ tsp baking soda
_ cup butter
1/2 cup white sugar
_ cup packed brown sugar
3/4 cup peanut butter (crunchy or smooth, does not matter)
2 eggs 3 tablespoons vanilla essence
White chocolate bits

Ingredients:
2 cups plain flour
_ tsp baking soda
_ cup butter
1/2 cup white sugar
_ cup packed brown sugar
3/4 cup peanut butter (crunchy or smooth, does not matter)

Method:
- In a bowl, beat the butter, peanut butter and the two sugars till fairly smooth.
- Add in the eggs and vanilla essence. Beat well.
- Add in flour and baking soda. You may need a little more flour, just add in a little at a time.
- The dough should be soft to the touch, but should not stick to your finger when touched.
- Place a little dough on a plastic sheet. Place another plastic sheet on top of it and roll out to the required thickness.
- Preheat oven to 180oC.
- Cut into heart shapes and place on a greased cookie sheet and decorate with white chocolate bits.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
