Superior Chicken Stock

Ingredients:
2kg Old Chicken
5g Sundried Orange Mandarin peels
5g Black Pepper Seed
5g Longan Meat
3ml Water

Method:

  1. Wash the old chicken.
  2. Blanch the sundried orange Mandarin peel, black pepper seed and longan meat.
  3. Put it into a pot of water together with the chicken at boiling point.
  4. Cook for 8 hours.
