All reservations should be made direct to foodies 'n' friends (m) sdn bhd.(532657-T).All inquiries and/or confirmation may be in the form of a letter, facsimile or e-mail. To assist us in fulfilling your requirements efficiently please provide details including arrival and departure dates, number of person(s) involved.
Payment for the Gourmet Getaway Package should be made in full upon confirmation. There will be no refunds for last minute cancellations. A cancellation fee will be imposed as follows:* under 14 days 50 percent of the tour fare * under 7 days or no show 100 percent of the tour fare.
However, due to situations beyond our control, foodies 'n' friends (m) sdn. bhd. reserves the right to adjust its rates at its own discretion, without prior notice. After commencement of travel, no refund, in part or in full, will be given for services included in the package which are not made use of.
The Gourmet Getaway Package is sold as one complete package and should any client in the group change his/her mind by not going on a particular component, no refund will be given.
It is the client's responsibility to ensure that they have valid passports and visas, travel/health insurance and vaccination where necessary.

LIABILITY:
foodies 'n' friends (m) sdn bhd, and its agents act only as an agent of the clients in all matters relating to hotel accommodation, sightseeing, tours and transport whether by aircraft, rail, coach, ship , boat or other means and shall not be liable for injury, delay, loss or damage arising from any cause and in any manner howsoever.
foodies 'n' friends (m) sdn bhd reserves the right to employ subcontractors to carry out all or any part of the services agreed to the exercise of such rights, the terms of the first paragraph relating to the Company's liability shall apply.
Whilst every care is taken by foodies 'n' friends (m) sdn. bhd. to safeguard the health and safety and property of its clients, the Company cannot be held responsible for any errors, loss or damage incurred.
